stolen money from dozens of innocent couples and destroyed the
memories of their weddings by never delivering promised wedding
photos.
Before getting into this business, Douglas operated another scam

Before that, Doug had been arrested several times for fraud and has
done hard time in prison for it.
His wife Margie comes from a background of prostitution and fetish
arts, and she also has a moderate criminal record.
