Joe the Plumber' sues over Ohio records probe
22 hours ago
COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — "Joe the Plumber" is suing three former state
officials in Ohio, saying they violated his privacy when they gathered
his personal information in a records search.
Samuel J. Wurzelbacher says in the federal lawsuit filed Thursday that
he suffered emotional distress, harassment, humiliation and
embarrassment as a result of their actions. He's seeking unspecified
punitive damages.
The lawsuit names Helen Jones-Kelley, who resigned in December as
director of the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, and two
assistants.
Ohio's inspector general found that Jones-Kelley improperly used state
computers to find personal information on Wurzelbacher, a Toledo-area
man who rose to fame during the presidential campaign after asking
Barack Obama about his tax plan.

Change you can count on!!!

Amazing, tough ol right-wing angry Joe lies and misrepresents himself
to Obama, the Democrats and the Republicans and the world and he feels
damaged when people call him on it. His book flopped, the Republican
party put all of their eggs in one basket with him and palin and lost.
woe as him, woe as them.

Do you people understand that when Plame was outed it was extremely
serious? You people treated that like it was a walk in the park and
never happened.

Oh fucking well,

But... but... HE'S A REPUBLICAN!

Doesn't he SUPPORT unwarranted government searches, so the
nameless, faceless minions can do as they please? Oh but wait! He
thinks they're all good and honorable men because W promised that they
were "only looking for terrorists". Well well, how the shoe maketh
noise when it falls not far from the crap-apple tree. I know that
makes about as much sense as most of what W. said during his tenure as
president, but it gets the meaning across.

"I know that makes about as much sense as most"

You failed if you were trying to make any sense....

Joe's rights were violated by the state of Ohio, Joe is doing what the
States attorney won't do, drag the accused into court.

I get the feeling that had Joe been Black and Democrat.... The ACLU and
every Liberal protest cell would be protesting in OHIO in front of the
Office where this happened.

I enjoy pointing out the hypocrisy and point it out for you to enjoy too.
