BEND, Ore. (UPI) -- A man reportedly has been driving through coffee
stands in Bend, Ore., with no pants on -- but, police say there's no
law against that.

The mother of a girl working in one of the popular espresso stands
told police she feared the incidents could lead to a serious crime.

But, officers say driving around naked isn't enough. They say they
cannot look into the matter unless he makes a sexual gesture of some
kind, KTVZ.com reported.

Every sin is the result of collaboration.

Look, I think Loneranger is a moron, but let the guy get a cup of coffee.
Besides, what's the worse thing that could happen?
He spills it in his lap and suffers minor burns?

I'm sure there's nothing down there that works.
