Google groups broken - usenet missing

There have been no usenet posts visible on Google groups since
Saturday the 25th of June 2011.

Of course, not being able to access Usenet, I can't see all the
mentions of this problem - strangely, though, I can't even see it if I
search for outage notices using google.

I know I can get a news reader up, but I wondered if anybody knew what
the problem was, before I do that.

Someone poasted somewhere that the issue is a change at google that makes
some or a certain browser incompatible. I don't know I don't use google
these days.

There does seem to be a some issue. SOmeone posted the same message three
times, because he couldn't see it, hadn't seen anything new for a while
via google. Yet we certainly saw his message in the rest of the world.
